Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 60 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g margarine
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 60 g sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 can mandarin orange(s), drained (use juice for glaze)
- 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml juice (tangerine juice)
Instructions

Prepare a dough from the listed ingredients. Spread 2/3 of it on the bottom of a 26cm springform pan. Prick several times with a fork and bake at 200-220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Let cool. In the meantime, make a pudding from the milk, sugar, and powder (according to the package instructions). Let cool slightly, then stir in the sour cream. Form a border around the pre-baked base from the remaining dough. Then fill with the filling and decorate with the mandarins. Bake at about 180°C for about one hour. Let cool. Then make a glaze from the juice and spread it over the mandarins.
