Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 125 g brown sugar
- 125 g sugar
- 225 g butter, soft
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs, size M
- 1 pack of Choco Chunks, white, approx. 100 g
- 1 pack of Choco Chunks, whole milk, approx. 100 g
- 1 pack of Choco Chunks, dark chocolate, approx. 100 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 58 minutes
Mix everything except the Choco Chunks into a sticky dough. Then add the Choco Chunks and stir in. Shape into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. An ice cream scoop or tablespoon works best for this. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for 11-13 minutes. Then let them cool completely so they can be easily removed from the baking paper. About 9 cookies fit on one baking sheet. I usually get around 20-25.
