Spaghetti reinterpreted

Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the bacon and bell peppers into small cubes. Briefly fry the bacon in a pan. Add the Parmesan, parsley, cream, and diced bell peppers, and bring this sauce to a boil. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Drain the spaghetti. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little butter. Toss the pasta in the remaining butter, add the sauce to the dish, and toss to combine. Roll up the ham slices and place them on top; they will become nice and crispy. Alternatively, fold in the ham, but then chop it up a little. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs before serving.
