Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 jars of cranberries, 400 g each
- 800 ml orange juice with pulp
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 g gelling sugar 1:3
- 3 tsp, heaped gingerbread spice
- 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar or 1 – 2 vanilla pods
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes
with cranberries
Mix the cranberries with the orange juice. Stir in the gelling sugar, add the spices, and lemon juice, then bring to a boil for 4 minutes. Skim off any foam that forms. If you used fresh vanilla or cinnamon sticks, remove them, then pour the jam into clean jars.
