Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g fusilli
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly. In the meantime, dice the cooked ham. Mix the sour cream, egg, cream, and seasonings and season to taste. Arrange the pasta and ham in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the pasta. Spread the cheese over the casserole. Bake at 190°C (375°F) top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
