Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g flour
- 160 g butter
- 160 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate, grated
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt

Cream the warm butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead everything together. Form the dough into approximately 13 small balls and flatten them. Since the dough will rise later, small balls are sufficient. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place in the oven, and bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes.
