Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml mineral water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 2 large jars of asparagus, each approx. 200 g
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 3 spring onions
- 300 ml cooking cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Mix together flour, eggs, milk, mineral water, and salt and bake 6 pancakes. Fill the pancakes with ham and asparagus, roll them up, and place them in an ovenproof dish. Chop the spring onions into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the finely chopped ham. Deglaze with cream. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and pour over the pancakes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the pancakes in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese is melted.
