- 1 egg(s)

- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g flour
- 40 g starch flour
- 100 g chocolate drops, chunks, pieces etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. You’ll probably need two baking sheets, otherwise bake one after the other. Combine Hermann dough, butter and peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Then add flour and cornstarch. If the dough is still a bit too runny, add a little more flour. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Shape the chilled dough into small balls. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper (please leave about 5 cm between them). Flatten the balls slightly. Place in the hot oven and check after 10 minutes to see how they are. The cookies will be flat and large. The dough can still be a little soft on the inside, but the edges shouldn’t turn dark. Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack. Note: Cookie dough tastes great raw, but you have to pay attention to hygiene, health, freshness, shelf life, etc. This is especially important for children, the sick, and the elderly.
