Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg tomatoes, peeled, roughly chopped
- 500 g onion(s), peeled and chopped
- 250 g sultanas
- 150 g sugar
- 375 ml vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp clove pepper
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds, ground
- 500 g apples, peeled and cored
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours
Chop all ingredients and simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours, then pour into sterile jars and store. It tastes great as a side dish for meat fondue, pan-fried dishes, and grilled meats.
