Lollo Rosso with radicchio in yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ head Lollo Rosso
  • ¼ head of radicchio
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice, e.g. tarragon, chervil, chives, parsley
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Chop the herbs for the dressing. Trim and wash the lettuce. Finely slice the radicchio. Mix all the ingredients together to make the yogurt sauce and season to taste. First, place the Lollo Rosso in a salad bowl or small bowls, then place the radicchio strips on top and pour the yogurt sauce over it. Sprinkle the freshly chopped herbs over the salad.
