Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat (mixed)
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Peel the onions, slice them into thin rings, and add them to the minced meat. Add the tomato paste and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. When serving, add a teaspoon of crème fraîche to each plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with a baguette.
