Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 wraps
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, salami, ham, and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together and spread on the wraps. Either fold one half over the other and cover with the unfilled side, or fill the entire wrap and cover with a second wrap. Cook in a hot pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. The melted cheese will hold the wraps together. Cut the baked wraps into pieces. They taste best warm, but are also great for school, the office, picnics, etc. The filling can be varied according to taste.
