Wraps with spinach with a twist

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 dashes lime juice
  • 4 wraps
  • 150 g leaf spinach

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and dice the onion and garlic, then fry lightly in a pan. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry until crumbly. Once everything is well cooked, add the spinach and simmer over low heat until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat and let the contents cool to room temperature. Chop the lettuce, bell pepper, and tomato for the topping and set aside in bowls. For the dip, mix together the ketchup, mustard, and yogurt. Season with lime juice. Top the wraps with the minced meat and spinach mixture and the vegetables, add a little of the dip, and roll up the wraps.
