Nut cake with quark topping

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 125 ml oil
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 80 g powdered sugar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until very fluffy. Add the nuts and oil and stir briefly. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold into the batter. For the quark cream, combine all the remaining ingredients. Line a baking pan with baking paper or grease it and pour in the batter. Fill a piping bag with the quark cream and pipe it onto the batter in a lattice pattern. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
