Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 veal escalopes
- 3 tbsp paprika powder
- 200 ml cream
- 400 g cheese, e.g. B. Gouda young
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the raw veal cutlets into smaller pieces and place them in a baking dish. Dust with paprika, don’t be stingy; it’s perfect. Pour the cream over the top. Cut the cheese into thick strips and arrange them over the cream and meat mixture. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Serve with baguette.
