Creamed minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in a pan with oil. Then add the minced meat to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Brown the meat well, then stir in the sour cream and let it simmer briefly. Transfer everything to a baking dish and toss with some grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Serve with pasta.
