Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 40 g onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g quark
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g yellow beetroot
- 100 g celery
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- Mustard
- Parsley

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Meatloaf
Finely chop the onion. Roast in a dry, nonstick pan until golden brown, then let cool. Finely dice all ingredients and knead together. Shape the mixture into a stollen and place in a roasting pan. Seal the pan tightly. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 1 hour. Serve with fried potatoes and a mixed salad.
