Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta, curly
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 small can of corn
- ½ point peas (frozen)
- 2 bell peppers
- some cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Butter for the mold
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 cup tomato juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the pasta in salted water until almost tender, then rinse and drain in a sieve. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and fry in oil until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice, tomato paste, drained corn kernels, peas, sliced bell pepper, cayenne pepper, sambal oelek and salt and bring everything to a boil. Brush an ovenproof dish with butter. Layer the pasta and the meat and vegetable mixture until all is used up. The top layer should be pasta, if possible. Press down lightly with the palm of your hand and spread the grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
