Lamb's lettuce with hazelnut balsamic dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cream of Balsamic Vinegar (Hazelnut)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • e.g. sea salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with fried mushrooms

Combine the oil, balsamic cream, powdered sugar, pepper, and sea salt. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them with the garlic and chili powder. Finely chop the cherry tomatoes. Then toss the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Serve with an oven-fresh baguette.
