Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 leek(s), the white part
  • some mushrooms, pink or brown
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim, wash, and spin the lamb’s lettuce. Finely slice the leek. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Mix the vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Slice the bananas and mix everything together.
