Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- some walnuts
- some Parmesan
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp, strained mustard (rotisseur)
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- nutmeg
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with walnuts and Parmesan
Trim the lamb’s lettuce. Sauté the onion and sliced mushrooms in olive oil, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley. Make a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard and add to the salad. Add the mushrooms and onion to the salad, sprinkle with walnuts, and grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
