Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Wild garlic, dried
- chili
- Lemongrass
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 2 bags of rice
- salt water
- some sesame oil

Wash the meat and pat dry, then season all over and set aside. Now season the pineapple slices with curry and chili powder. Finely dice the onions and garlic, finely strip the bell peppers, and cut the leeks into 1 cm wide rings. Fry the seasoned pineapple slices in sesame oil until lightly golden brown and set aside. Fry the bell peppers, leeks, onions, and garlic and set aside. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions, adding a little lemongrass for flavor. Now sear the meat and add all the other ingredients. Finally, place the pineapple on top of the meat. Drain the rice and serve. Tip: If you want to serve sauce with it, season the canned pineapple juice and add it to the meat.
