Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the ground beef, dice the onion, add it, and sauté. Dice the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water, drain well, form into 6 nests, and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the ground beef on top. Bring the whipped cream to a boil, stir in the grated cheese, mix well with salt, pepper, and parsley, and pour over the nests. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
