Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g rigatoni
  • salt water
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 slice(s) ham
  • 50 ml cream
  • 200 g cheese, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta casserole with minced meat sauce

First, cook the pasta in salted water (the amount of pasta may vary depending on the casserole dish). Meanwhile, brown the minced meat in a pan with the ham and season with the spices. Then add the tomato sauce and heat briefly. Then, in a casserole dish, add a layer of pasta, top with the sauce, and then the cheese. Repeat the same layers again. Finish with a layer of cream. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. The cheese should be a nice golden brown, then the casserole is ready.
