Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef or mixed
- 2 packs of Maultasche(s) (soup Maultaschen)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- herbs, Italian
- 1 cube of gravy
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g cheese, grated

Soup ravioli with a twist
Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and brown. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Then add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Add the tomato paste, the gravy cube, and the Italian herbs and bring to a boil. Season again with salt and pepper (if necessary). Place the soup ravioli in a casserole dish and spread the minced meat sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with a cucumber salad.
