Asparagus Pasta with Mushrooms
The perfect asparagus pasta with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pasta
- 400 g Green asparagus
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Dried chilli
- 100 g Brown mushrooms
- 4 tablespoon Grated crana padarno
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, peel the lower third of the asparagus, cut the sticks into pieces and blanch in salted water.
- Peel the garlic and chilli, cut into small pieces, quarter the mushrooms. Sear everything in a pan with hot olive oil
- Now drain the pasta and add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
