Wild Garlic Tzaziki
The perfect wild garlic tzaziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Wild garlic leaves
- 500 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Snake cucumber
- 1 small Onion blue
- 2 tablespoon Wild garlic oil
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Chop the wild garlic, peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, cut the onion into fine cubes. Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
- The wild garlic oil can be replaced by olive oil.
