Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g milk chocolate
  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 220 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • e.g. fruits or sugar sprinkles
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 125 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For the batter, melt the chocolate and butter until creamy. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and salt, then add the flour and baking powder. Now add the chocolate and butter to the remaining ingredients. Beat the egg whites and fold them in. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Pour the batter into a springform pan and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. For the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate and butter and stir until creamy. Then pour the chocolate glaze over the cooled cake and let it set. Decorate the cake with fruit or sprinkles, if desired.
