Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g biscuit(s) (butter biscuits), crumbled
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey, melted
  • 500 ml yogurt (fruit yogurt)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 pts. gelatin powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

with butter biscuit base

Crumble the biscuits, melt the butter and honey, and mix with the biscuit crumbs. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Prepare the topping: Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and gently mix with the yogurt. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and incorporate it into the cream. Peel the bananas, slice them lengthwise, and spread them over the biscuit base. Layer the cream on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
