Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 250 mg sour cream
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise into thin slices using a cucumber slicer. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute and drain. Rinse with cold water and place in a colander to drain. Finely chop the dill and finely dice the red onion. In a bowl, combine with the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Toss with the zucchini and serve.
