Cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • n. B. cucumber(s), from the jar
  • yogurt sauce
  • Vinegar
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the cauliflower for about 10 minutes, should it still be a bit hard, then let it cool. Cut the tomatoes and eggs into eighths and slice the cucumber. Divide the cauliflower into florets and toss with the sauce. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the tomatoes, eggs, and cucumber.
