- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g cream
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 8 rolls

Flammkuchen in a different way
Preheat oven to 175°C. Place the sour cream in a bowl and mix with the cream and processed cheese until smooth. Dice the cooked ham and bell pepper and carefully mix into the sour cream, cream, and cheese mixture. Halve the rolls, hollow out a little, and spread the mixture on top. Place the rolls on 1-2 baking sheets and place in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to let the rolls turn black; otherwise, remove them earlier! Tip: Instead of cooked ham, you can use mushrooms or onions, depending on your taste.
