Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g meat sausage
  • 300 g cheese, e.g. Gouda, cut into sticks
  • 2 cucumber(s), sour
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 4 tbsp wine (rosé)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp herbs (salad herbs), dried
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • possibly pepper
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions, garlic, and cucumbers. Cut the skinned sausage into thin strips. Mix everything with the shredded cheese. Make a marinade from mustard, pepper, sugar, pickle juice, wine, and olive oil and stir it into the salad. Sprinkle with salad greens and fresh chives and let it marinate well.
