Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the ham and bacon into small pieces and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Place the mixture on the halved rolls and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes until golden brown. If you don’t want to use rolls, you can also use toast. Serve with salad or pickles. In the fall, it’s also a great accompaniment to new wine.
