Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 point feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes, finely chop the onion, and cut the feta cheese into chunks. Drizzle with oregano, oil, and vinegar. Season with pepper. Mix everything well and let it stand for a moment.
