Cut the chicken fillet and onions into strips, toss with seasoning and oil, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber and mix with the yogurt and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and a clove of garlic (size to taste). I also let this marinate in the refrigerator. For the fried potatoes, peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and mix them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. If you prefer crispier potatoes, simply leave them in for longer. While the potatoes are baking, fry the gyros in a pan without oil until well cooked. For the salad, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion, season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Make a marinade from water, vinegar, and oil and pour it over the salad. Finally, serve everything together and enjoy! This dish is also suitable for WWers at 11 P per portion and keeps you full for a really long time!
