unusual chili with coffee, beer, whiskey and chocolate
Brown the minced meat in oil in a large pot, then finely chop the onions, bell peppers, chilies, and garlic, add them, and sauté. Add the corn and sauté briefly. Now pour in the broth, coffee, and beer and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, spices, and chocolate, and simmer on low heat for another hour. Finally, add the beans with their juices and let them simmer or steep for another half hour. If the chili becomes too thick, you can add more water or broth. The chili tastes best the next day.
