Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups of cream
- Grease for the tray

Extremely high in calories, but really extremely juicy and fluffy!
For the batter, mix the first five ingredients thoroughly and spread them on a greased baking sheet. For the topping, combine the desiccated coconut and sugar and spread this mixture on the batter. The baking sheet is then baked at approximately 160°C for about 35 minutes. Immediately after baking, pour the cream evenly over the still-warm cake. Let it cool and then serve.
