Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 packs of spinach (spiced spinach, frozen)
- 400 g cream cheese spread
- 400 g processed cheese with herbs
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Finely chop the onion and fry it with the ground beef until crumbly. Deglaze the pan with the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Add the frozen spinach. Once thawed, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
