Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 60 g Ajvar, mild or hot
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 300 g wheat flour type 1050
  • 180 g wheat flour type 550
  • 2 tsp dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

A recipe for the bread maker

Place all ingredients into the BBA baking pan in the order listed and start the “Normal” program. The sunflower seeds can also be added later, after the first beep, to keep them whole. The bread is very flavorful and also a bit spicy. It goes very well with cracklings, homemade sausage, or stews.
