lamb's lettuce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bowl of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 pack of diced jerked meat
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 slices of toast
  • pepper
  • ¾ cup cream
  • Fondor
  • Vinegar, milder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with bacon and eggs

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. Fry the jerked beef in a pan until crispy, just as you like it. Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in a pan with oil until crispy. You can also make the toast in a toaster and then chop it up, but that will result in more crumbs. When the jerked beef is the desired degree of browning, turn off the stove and move the pan to a cold plate. Place the lettuce in a bowl, chop the eggs, and add them to the salad. Season with vinegar, Fondor, and pepper. Add the cream to the pan with the jerked beef and pour it over the salad. Now add the bread cubes, and you’re done.
