Baked fries

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pack of oven-baked French fries
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 pack Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • 3 tbsp, heaped ketchup
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bunch of Mediterranean herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Dice the chicken breast and vegetables. Finely chop the herbs. Pre-cook the fries in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Brown the vegetables and meat in a pan. Season with crème fraîche, sambal oelek, herbs, and spices. Mix everything from the pan with the cheese and pour over the fries. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
