Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 egg(s), boiled
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda or similar)
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed or finely chopped
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with tuna, egg, tomato ….

Cut the ciabatta in half and then in half again, so you have 4 pieces. Drain the tuna and mix it with the sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic clove. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread this mixture on the bread. Dice the salami very finely. Wash the tomato and peel the onion. Slice both and spread them on top of the sour cream and tuna mixture on the bread. Peel the egg and slice it thinly (ideally with an egg slicer), then place it on top. Finally, place a slice of Gouda cheese on top of each slice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, then serve.
