Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate coating (min. 50% cocoa content), coarsely chopped
- 220 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 200 ml cream
- 1 bar of chocolate with 85% cocoa content
- 100 g powdered sugar

a very nice quick chocolate tart
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish (preferably a baking ring) with aluminum foil up to the edges. Completely melt the chocolate coating along with the butter, sugar, and powdered sugar. Then stir in the previously beaten eggs. Finally, add the flour. Pour the finished mixture into the dish and bake in the hot oven for 25 minutes. The tart must then rest overnight. While it’s resting, you can make a glaze from the cream and a bar of chocolate (melt both together and spread thickly over the tart). A real calorie bomb—but a superb dessert.
