Halloumi with fresh salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cheese (halloumi)
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Herbs, e.g. chives etc.
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious and always a success!!!

Cut the halloumi into slightly thicker slices, season with a little oil, salt, paprika, chili, and pepper, and fry in a pan. Meanwhile, wash, slice, spin, and toss the lettuce with vinegar, oil, and seasoning. Remove the halloumi from the pan when it’s golden brown and serve with the salad.
