Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cake base (Vienna base) with three layers
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 large can of mandarin orange(s), well drained
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (Mousse au Chocolat), for mixing cold
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tastes good in any season!

Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Chop the mandarins into small pieces and fold them into the pudding. Prepare the chocolate mousse according to the package instructions and chill for 30 minutes. Spread the first layer with the pudding-mandarin orange mixture. Place the second layer on top and spread with mandarin orange pudding. Place the last layer on top. Spread the chocolate mousse on and around the cake. Use a fork to create a light wavy pattern on top.
