Apple-almond-yogurt bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pot of yogurt, 150 g
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For the ingredients, use the yogurt container as a measure. Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the yogurt, oil, flour, almonds, bitter almond flavoring, and baking powder and mix. Peel and coarsely grate the two apples, then fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan or springform pan. Bake the cake at approximately 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for approximately 60 minutes. Once cooled, frost the cake with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
