Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g zucchini
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 sausages (thick grilled)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- cumin
- Oregano, dried
- Rosemary, dried
- possibly celery salt
- 100 ml water
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Slice the sausages. Cut the zucchini into bite-sized slices. If using large zucchini, remove the seeds if necessary. Brown the sausage slices in a little oil in a large pan. Then add the zucchini and mix with the water and seasoning. Cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is translucent. Crumble the feta over the sausage and gently toss uncovered until the cheese has melted into the liquid. Reduce the heat until a light creamy sauce has formed. Finally, season to taste.
