Tomatoes – sausage – carrots – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion(s), small
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 peppercorns
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • Spice(s), Italian style
  • 2 tsp broth, instant
  • 1 bay leaf
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the carrots into small cubes. Finely dice the onion. Sauté both in a little oil until almost cooked. Add the peppercorns. Finely dice the sausage, fry it vigorously in a little oil separately, and add it to the vegetables. Add the passata. Season with vegetable stock, bay leaf, finely chopped garlic, and Italian spices, and simmer briefly. Add a little more salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with pasta.
