Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g wheat semolina or corn semolina
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml water
- ½ tsp, leveled salt

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Weigh the semolina into a T-Ultra Plus or an ovenproof glass dish with a lid and season lightly with salt. Add the cream and the same amount of water and mix everything well with a spatula. Place the dish with the lid in the oven and bake for one hour.
