Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g wheat semolina or corn semolina
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 ml water
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Weigh the semolina into a T-Ultra Plus or an ovenproof glass dish with a lid and season lightly with salt. Add the cream and the same amount of water and mix everything well with a spatula. Place the dish with the lid in the oven and bake for one hour. Remove from the oven, immediately loosen the golden-brown crust from the edges with a spatula, and fluff the simmered …
